How to make the perfect cup of tea
- Measure the tea leaves (~4g/serving)
- Pour in 150cc of hot water (70℃ for green, 95℃ for hojicha and genmaicha)
- Steep 1.5 min for green tea and ~20 sec for hojicha and genmaicha
